Building description
Centrum Metropol comprises of a 150 bed 4 star Hilton Garden Inn Hotel, 600m2 Conference Centre, 13,000m2 'A-Class' Office Space for rent, 36 Apartments, retail units of different sizes and 221 publicly accessed secure underground carpark spaces. The design of Centrum Metropol is a salute to the history of Piłsudskiego street, by reference to the metropolitan golden age of the early 20th Century. The development is divided into segments, which are similar in scale, volume and character to the existing Piłsudskiego street buildings. Existing classic facades are reflected in the proposed composition of the Metropol Centre's facade, with its differentiated and rhythmically perforated elevations, typical of city centre edifices.
