Building description

Saturn is an 11-storey office building with 13.000 m2 of rentable space which belongs to Mokotów Business Park - the largest office complex in Poland. Today it offers approximately 110.000 m2 of rentable area in nine buildings. Location description

The building is located in the heart of Służewiec Przemysłowy - a district which, over the last decade, has become transformed from an industrial site into a modern office centre of the capital. The object is situated within the Domaniewska, Postępu, Marynarska and Wołoska Streets, just 10 min drive from the city centre and from the Okęcie Airport. Galeria Mokotów - one of the most popular shopping centers in Warsaw - a walking access to which is provided by a pedestrian footbridge across Wołoska Street - is located on the other side of the street. The building is well connected with other parts of the city by both public and individual transport.
