BRE Bank plans to lease 1,665 sq m in the Senator office building on Bielańska Street in the historical part of Warsaw, near Bankowy Square, Teatralny Square and the Old Town. Real estate services company Cushman and Wakefield was the agent in the deal. The company is the exclusive agent responsible for selecting tenants for the property.
Citibank International PLC is the latest tenant in developer Globe Trade Centre's University Business Park office project in Łódź. The company has taken up 2,000 sqm in the scheme, also securing an extension option. The first of a planned two buildings in the complex, which was completed in 2010, offers 18,500 sqm of office space and parking spaces for 300 cars.
Griffin Group bought the Prima Court office building from RE Polish Property at the end of January. The grade-A building is located at 68 Nowogrodzka St. in downtown Warsaw.
